The X (Twitter) Skillset is a collection of tools connected to your X (formerly Twitter) account. Once enabled, the AI agent can act on your behalf to post tweets, search, reply, and send direct messages, making creation and engagement more efficient.

The X (Twitter) Skillset relies on Twitter's APIs. You must provide an API Key and API Secret in the configuration before it can be used. Follow these steps:

On the skillset configuration page, each capability has a toggle switch.
Below are common prompts for each capability:
Have the AI publish a tweet for you:
Example prompt: “Post a tweet that says ‘Hello, world!’”
Have the AI quickly find relevant tweets:
Example prompt: “Search for the latest 5 tweets about ‘AI’.”
Have the AI help you engage with other users:
Example prompt: “Reply to this tweet (tweet_id: xxxx) with ‘Great post!’”
Have the AI send a DM on your behalf:
Example prompt: “Send a DM to the user (user_id: xxxx) that says ‘Hello!’”
📌 Tip:
You can obtain the recipient’s user_id from their profile URL. For example:
in https://twitter.com/username, the username is the user’s ID.
