FAQ

1. How do I keep track of my total travel budget?

In the Itinerary Table, you can record expenses for each activity or transportation leg. These values are then automatically aggregated in the Dashboard, where you can see a real-time visualization of your total spending versus your planned budget across all categories like hotels and attractions.

2. Can I share specific parts of the plan with my companions?

Yes. You can create a filtered Gallery View in the Itinerary Table or Attractions Table that only shows confirmed plans. By sharing the specific view link, your companions can access the most up-to-date schedule and hotel details on their own devices without seeing your internal checklists.

3. How do I link an attraction to a specific day in the itinerary?

When creating a record in the Itinerary Table, click on the "Linked Attraction" field. This allows you to pick an entry from your Attractions Table. Once linked, you can instantly see the attraction’s coordinates and reviews directly within your daily schedule, ensuring you have all necessary info while on the move.
