FAQ
1. How do I schedule a post for a specific time?
The automation relies on a Date/Time field in your database.
- In your Content Database, fill in the "Scheduled Time" field.
- The automation is configured (usually via a "Scheduled Trigger" or "Record Matches Condition") to scan for records that match the current time and publish them automatically.
2. How do I connect my Facebook Page?
You need to authorize the integration once.
- Go to the Automation tab.
- Select the "Facebook Post" workflow.
- Click the "Facebook" action node and select "Connect Account" to log in and select the specific Page you want to manage.
3. Can I post images or videos?
Yes. Your database includes an Attachment field. When configuring the automation, simply map the "Photo/Video" input field to the Attachment column in your table.
4. Where can I find the link to the published post?
You don't need to go to Facebook to find it. After the automation runs, it automatically updates the original record in your database, pasting the Public URL into the designated "Post Link" column for your reference.
