Getting Started

To-Do List Database

The heart of this template is the To-Do List database. It's similar to a spreadsheet but more powerful. Here's what you can do:

  • View all your tasks in one place
  • Track the status of each task (Pending, In Progress, Completed)
  • Set completion dates for your tasks

To add a new task:

  1. Open the "To-Do List (Database Sample)"
  2. Click on the "+" button to add a new row
  3. Fill in the task details

Incomplete Items Mirror

This is a special view that shows only the incomplete tasks from your To-Do List. It's a great way to focus on what needs to be done.

Add To-Do Item Form

We've included a form to make adding new tasks even easier:

  1. Open the "Add To-Do Item (Form Example)"
  2. Fill in the task details
  3. Submit the form

The new task will automatically appear in your To-Do List database.

Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a visual overview of your task completion status. It shows how many tasks you've completed over time, helping you track your productivity.

Weekly Summary Automation

We've set up an automation to help you stay on top of your tasks:

  • Every Friday at 20:00, the system will generate a weekly summary
  • The summary includes lists of both completed and incomplete tasks
  • It's automatically sent to the admin and the person who set up the automation
