Displays weekly tasks through different views, such as This Week, Last Week, My Tasks, and All Tasks. It records essential task information, including the task name, progress, assignee, start date, and end date. -
Progress Update Automation
- Monday Team Task List Notification: Every Monday at 6:00 PM, an automated trigger sends the team’s task list to members’ emails and in-app reports, ensuring everyone is aware of the weekly task assignments.
- Wednesday Progress Reminder: Every Wednesday at 6:00 PM, each team member receives a personal task list, reminding them of their current task progress.

Friday Summary Report
- AI-Generated Task Summary: Every Friday at 6:00 PM, an automated task summary report is generated, creating a personalized progress report that includes a summary of task completions and a count of completed tasks. This is sent via email and in-app reports to members.
