💡 Why Use Email Marketer

Email Marketer helps you automate lead generation and outreach from end to end. It searches business emails from bika-datasets, saves structured lead data into a database, and runs a 3-day cold email sequence. This makes it a great fit for sales, BD, partnerships, or founder-led growth campaigns.

👉 How the Template Works

  • Agent: Email Marketer Understands your natural language queries (e.g., “CFO of a company that completed its IPO in 2025” or “Find AI startups in Germany with contact emails”), searches bika-datasets, and extracts company names, emails, and URLs.

  • Automation: Event Mailer Sends a 3-day email sequence to each lead added to the database. Note: Automation can be triggered in multiple ways. The default in this template is conditional triggers, but you can also configure it to run on schedule, on record creation, or via agent commands.

  • Database: 3-Day Outreach Stores all extracted leads in a structured format. This is the source used by the email automation.

🎯 Steps to Use

  1. Install the template – This sets up the agent, database, and automation for you.

  2. Chat with the Email Marketer agent: Ask the agent to find leads (e.g., “Find 3 AI Agent startups and get their websites and BD contact emails.”).

The agent queries bika-datasets (such as company and people datasets) based on your criteria, then saves structured lead data — including company name, contact name, email (when available), website, and dataset/source reference — into the 3-Day Outreach database.

  1. Trigger the 3-day email sequence Once new leads are added to the datasheet, you can control when the email automation starts:
  • Set the Status field of a lead (e.g. to “Sending”) to trigger the Event Mailer.

  • Or, go to the Event Mailer automation settings and customize the trigger logic—such as sending emails only when certain tags, dates, or custom fields are matched. This gives you full control over who gets emailed, and when.

  • Want different types of leads? Just change your query when chatting with the agent.

  • Want to adjust how leads are found? Open the agent settings to modify the prompt, add data sources, or enable new skillsets.

  • Want to change the email content? Edit the messages directly in the Event Mailer automation.
