Introduction
This template provides a comprehensive starting point for managing a variety of strategic relationships for your startup or small business, including but not limited to customers, distribution partners, investors, and PR firms.
How to Use
This template is structured into four main components, each represented by a table:
- Companies
- Contacts
- Activities
- Pipeline: ...
COMPANIES
A straightforward table where you can include any companies relevant to your businessâitâs not limited to customers.
CONTACTS
Use this table to manage individual relationships. If you know which company a person is associated with, link the contact to an existing company or create a new one by clicking the + button in the Clients field.
ACTIVITIES
Track meetings, lunches, or any interactions with your contacts here. The Activity field will auto-populate based on the details of the interaction, and it will automatically pull the associated Company name from the Contact if available.
PIPELINE: ...
The Pipeline table tracks the status of key relationships (customers, investors, distribution partners). Customize this table to suit your business needs. For example:
- Modify the Stages if the default steps donât align with your process.
- Edit or remove the Price / Seat field if itâs irrelevant to your business, or replace it with something more suitable.
- Add any new fields as needed
